GAMBARAN EFIKASI DIRI IBU HAMIL BERDASARKAN KARAKTERISTIK SOSIODEMOGRAFI DAN STATUS KESEHATAN DI PUSKESMAS KALUKU BODOA
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Efikasi diri merupakan keyakinan individu dalam mengelola situasi, termasuk pada ibu hamil. Tingginya prevalensi anemia (48,9%) dan KEK (17,5%) pada ibu hamil di Indonesia diduga berkaitan dengan aspek psikologis ini.
Tujuan: Menggambarkan distribusi efikasi diri ibu hamil berdasarkan karakteristik sosiodemografi dan status kesehatan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kaluku Bodoa.
Metode: Penelitian deskriptif, menggunakan purposive sampling melibatkan 112 ibu hamil pada Maret-Mei 2024. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, pengukuran LILA, dan pemeriksaan hemoglobin. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif.
Hasil: Sebanyak 57,1% responden memiliki efikasi diri tinggi. Proporsi tertinggi ditemukan pada ibu berpendidikan tinggi (66,2%), wiraswasta (75,0%), primigravida (59,5%), serta kelompok yang tidak mengonsumsi suplemen (67,6%) dan aktif mencari informasi kesehatan (59,2%). Status KEK lebih tinggi pada kelompok efikasi diri tinggi (32,8% vs 22,9%), namun prevalensi anemia lebih rendah pada kelompok tersebut (23,4% vs 29,2%).
Kesimpulan: Mayoritas ibu hamil memiliki efikasi diri tinggi dengan variasi berdasarkan karakteristik tertentu. Diperlukan intervensi terintegrasi dalam layanan antenatal untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri melalui konseling dan edukasi kesehatan berbasis digital.
